Returns and Refunds Policy

At TermoTemp, we want to guarantee our customers' satisfaction. The conditions for returns and refunds are detailed below.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for returns

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must retain its original packaging.

  • It must be returned within the established period.

Defective or damaged products

If the product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order by sending photographs of the product to:

After verifying the issue, a replacement or the corresponding refund will be processed.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Refund process

Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Non-refundable products

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products used or damaged by the customer.

  • Products returned outside the established period.
